6 tartlets of 8cm diameter

Sweet dough

250g Flour

125g Butter
50g Eggs
30g Water
5g Salt
20g Caster sugar


420g Caramel clean label fillings
250g Caramelized pecan nuts

The salted butter caramel filling Andros Chef is part of the new bake stable and 100% natural line. With its easy to use texture it’s tailor made for pastries and bakeries. A natural product without any coloring or flavoring added. Its typical caramel taste has been refined to be as good as home made preparations. Packed in a 1kg aluminium bag.

Preparation steps

  1. Sweet dough

    Combine together the butter and flour. Mix the egg, water, salt and caster sugar. Add to the previous mix and combine to get a homogeneous dough. Roll out the dough at 3mm thickness and keep in the refrigerator.

  2. Assembly

    Shape the dough in 8cm diameter rings previously greased. Bake the dough for 15 min at 160°C. Pipe 70g of caramel clean label fillings in each tartlet. Bake 10 minutes. Place the caramelized pecan nuts on the filling.
