Guaranteed Polish Origin. Our semi-candied rhubarb pieces are made from rhubarb grown in Poland and processed fresh at our local primary processing facility. This proximity to the growing areas helps preserve the fruit’s freshness and organoleptic qualities. The pieces are carefully drained, lightly candied to only 28° Brix, then individually quick-frozen, with no added flavourings or colourings. Valued for their texture and authentic rhubarb flavour, they can be used either before or after baking in pies, clafoutis and entremets, as well as in chilled applications where they release very little colour.
