This 100% puree is crafted from a blend of yellow and purple passion fruits, combining aromatic intensity, freshness and complexity while delivering a well-balanced acidity. Purple passion fruits are notably received fresh at full ripeness in our Andros facility in southern Vietnam. With no added sugar, this puree offers a vibrant yet balanced flavour profile, bringing an exotic touch to desserts, mousses, ice creams, beverages and savoury creations.
