It allows us to access to the best fruits and the best varieties long-term to obtain perfect fruit purees lightly sweetened (10% white sugar maximum), 100% fruit purees and organic 100% fruit purees.

We are able to select and blend the best varieties to obtain 100% perfect fruit purees. Unique blends with no added-sugar to allow you to control the end flavor and sugar content. Fruits are processed as fresh by Andros primary processing to guarantee harvest at fully ripe.

Andros Chef frozen mango puree 100% organic is obtained thanks to our ability to manage the full process from the fruit processing to the final. Mangoes are transformed in our plant in Madagascar which we support economically. Packed in a 1kg tub.
