We review each application with great care every year. For this edition, 37 entries were submitted for the first selection round, conducted by a professional committee made up of instructors, pastry chefs, and the Andros Applications R&D teams.
We would like to warmly thank every student, as well as their schools, for the quality of the work submitted and for the strong commitment that resulted in such rich and inspiring application files.
