Who Can Participate?

The contest is exclusively open to pastry students and apprentices enrolled in programs such as:

  • Pastry Complementary Mention or Restaurant Dessert Complementary Mention.
  • BTM or BM Pastry Chef.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Age Limit: Participants must be under 30 years old on the day of the final.
  • Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted by February 7, 2025.

To ensure equal opportunities, Andros Chef offers participants free samples of its products (purées, coulis, IQF fruits) to help them develop their recipes for the competition.

How Does the Contest Work?

Step 1: Selection of Finalists

Participants must submit a detailed application, including their recipes, that comply with the contest rules. A professional jury will evaluate these submissions based on taste, creativity, technical mastery, and adherence to Andros’ philosophy of naturalness.

Step 2: The Grand Finale

The eight finalists will recreate their recipes live in front of the jury, accompanied by their coach. The prestigious jury will evaluate each creation using rigorous criteria:
