We are using 100% single Madagascar origin for our frozen lime puree. We chosen that lime origin for its fruity aroma, an excellent taste enhancer which is used in dishes and in drinks as well. Limes are received at full maturity and processed in the plant in Madagascar which we support financially. Packed in a 1kg pail.
