At the begining of 2024, we had a delectable pastry showcase with Chef Joaquin Soriano of CJSJ, using Andros Chef ingredients at a Ramadan-themed event.

Joaquin showcased his creativity in various recipes added a unique and refreshing twist to traditional Ramadan treats. He used flavor combinations with Andros Chef fruit ingredients:
