A culinary experience not to be missed! At the start of 2025, we are excited to announce our participation in the prestigious SIRHA 2025 exhibition, which will take place in Lyon from January 23rd to 27th.

A must-attend event for gastronomy and food industry professionals, SIRHA offers a unique opportunity to showcase our expertise and innovations in premium ingredients for chefs, pastry chefs, and culinary artisans.

Meeting & tasting

Pastry demonstration by Chef Gaetan Fiard, World Champion of confectionnary arts and pastry chef at the Intercontinental Bordeaux, every day from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (except Sunday afternoon).

 

It will also be an opportunity to present our latest innovations and engage with our team about our unique expertise. We look forward to sharing our passion and tailored solutions for gastronomy professionals with you.
