Pastry demonstration by Chef Gaetan Fiard, World Champion of confectionnary arts and pastry chef at the Intercontinental Bordeaux, every day from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (except Sunday afternoon).
